I have been on a mission to find a healthy, hearty & tasty turkey chili. I found the most perfect recipe at Allrecipes.com (I absolutely love this site)! & the best part about this recipe is that it will be ready in just ONE hour, which is so convenient for week days. It has the perfect amount of spice & only has about 198 calories per serving & 7.2 grams of fat. Nate really loved it & I know he will want me to make it again sometime soon. I recommend pairing it with some corn bread or crackers & sprinkle some mild cheddar cheese on top. Depending on how spicy you like your food (I am a mild type of girl), you could play around with the spices & add more to taste.
