BBQ pulled pork for sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz) beef broth OR a can of your favorite beer

3 pounds of boneless pork ribs

1 (18 oz) bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:

1. Pour the can of beef broth into the slow cooker & add the boneless   pork ribs. Cook on high heat for about four hours, or until the meat shreds easily. (Depending on your slow cooker it could take more or less time. It took about 3 1/2 hours in my cooker). Remove meat, & shred with 2 forks. It may seem like it’s not working right away, but it will. ;-)

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Transfer the shredded pork to a dutch oven or oven safe skillet (I didn’t have either, so I put the meat back in the slow cooker for the 30 minutes instead of the oven. I feel like the oven would maybe dry the meat out?!) & stir in the BBQ sauce.

3. Bake in the preheated oven or back in the slow cooker for 30 minutes.

4. Serve on bulkie or kaiser rolls. French fries or potato chips would be yummy with it…or nothing at all. I could barely finish one sandwich. Enjoy! :)
