Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

1 can of pumpkin

4 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup of vegetable oil

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1 teaspooon of salt

2 eggs

2 cups of sugar

3 1/2 cups of flour

2 tablespoons of milk

1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1 package of chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix well & bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit between 8 & 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit for a minute on the cookie sheets when you take them out of the oven. I sprayed the cookie sheets with PAM to make sure the cookies didn’t stick to the pan. I also recommend letting the cookies cool completely before eating. This is the only type of cookie I think I would recommend that for though..because most cookies are the BEST when they are fresh out of the oven. But trust me, wait, pumpkin is much better cool then hot. ;)
